PKF FASSELT SCHLAGE covers the entire spectrum of audit and accounting services. The classic annual audit – in accordance with all currently valid national and international accounting standards – has always been our core business. In addition, our consulting services help our clients to make strategically important decisions and changes to their business. For example, we provide specialist advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other capital measures, amalgamations, spin-offs and complex restructuring. An increasingly important factor is the international alignment of the global PKF network.

PKF FASSELT SCHLAGE covers the entire spectrum of audit and accountancy services, both for capital market listed corporate groups and for small and large enterprises. Our clients have 89 certified accountants at their disposal.

We are represented on the International Accounting Standards Board via PKF International and are thus involved in the formulation of accounting standards.
