2. PKF China Talk "Basics of German Labour Law"

The auditing and business consulting firm PKF Fasselt organized their second „PKF China Talk.” Representatives from about 14 Chinese businesses participated in the event on the topic of “Basics of German Labour Law” in the office building of PKF Fasselt. Within the event series „PKF China Talk“, which is held in Chinese language, experts of PKF Fasselt inform Chinese entrepreneurs and investors about current fiscal and legal topics.
In the beginning of the event, Christian Müller-Kemler, Managing Partner at PKF Fasselt and Head of the PKF China Desk in Duisburg, introduced the range of services of the China department. Christoph Janning, lawyer specialized in labour law at PKF Fasselt, lined out important aspects of German labour law for foreign businesses and highlighted relevant questions for Chinese investors. The concluding get-together was well received by the participants and was used for mutual exchange of experience, networking, and the answering of individual questions regarding labour law in Germany.
With its event series, PKF Fasselt aims to support and accompany Chinese businesses on their way to Germany and in day-to-day business on site.
