3. PKF China Talk "Recruitment and human resource management"

On 17 April 2018, PKF Fasselt and two experts from the QRC Group hosted the "3. PKF China Talk". Thirty representatives from around 21 Chinese companies and institutions participated in the event on the topic recruitment and human resource management. The event was conducted in German with Chinese translation.
The event commenced with a welcome word by Christian Müller-Kemler, Managing Partner at PKF Fasselt and Head of the PKF China Desk in Duisburg. His introduction of the range of services at the PKF China Desk was followed by a professional lecture by Gerhard Nienaber, Managing Partner of the QRC Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH, who explained different approaches and strategies of recruiting process and lined out the important aspects for successful recruitment in Germany. Tor Marklund, Managing Director of QRC Group Interim Management GmbH, illustrated the advantages of the interim management using some vivid examples. A Q&A session followed by a “get-together” with food and snacks with mutual exchange of experience and discussions on various recruiting and HR management topics ended the event.
With the series of events, PKF Fasselt aims to support and accompany Chinese companies on their way to Germany and in day-to-day business on site.
