4. PKF China Talk "German notary system"

On 1 August 2018 PKF Fasselt and Helf Pesch Rechtsanwälte und Notar from Essen hosted the ’4th PKF China Talk‘. About 40 representatives of Chinese companies and institutions participated in the event on the topic German notary system in the office building of PKF Fasselt in Duisburg. Within the event series ’PKF China Talk‘, which is conducted in Chinese language, experts of PKF Fasselt inform Chinese entrepreneurs and investors about current fiscal and legal topics.
It opened up with a presentation by the legal expert Dr. Rong He, consultant und member of the China Group at Helf Pesch Rechtanwälte und Notar in Essen. She gave an overview of the notarial attestation process in Germany, especially in the context of property transactions and business formations. Ying Teng, tax expert at PKF Fasselt, pointed out relevant tax measures to be considered therein.
The event was concluded with a get-together between participants and speakers and was used for mutual experience exchange, networking, and answering of individual questions regarding the notary system in Germany. With its event series, PKF Fasselt aims to support and accompany Chinese businesses on their way to Germany and in day-to-day business on site.
