Specialisations within the sector
We are also familiar with various specialisations within the sector, such as securities trading/brokerage, development institutions and special financing (e.g. agriculture). As consulting and auditing specialists in the regulated environment, we carry out, for example, audits of annual and consolidated financial statements of (CRR) credit institutions (PIE), audits in accordance with Section 89 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) or audits of the service-related internal control system of service providers in the financial sector in accordance with IDW PS 951 n. F. or ISAE 3402. Our range of services is supplemented by cross-sector support services in the area of governance, risk and compliance (GRC). We also specialise in taking over operational functions as part of partial or full outsourcing. This allows you to concentrate on your core business while complying with all regulatory requirements.
