Arnd Schienstock

Arnd Schienstock is the site manager for the offices in Duisburg and Düsseldorf. His main areas of expertise are auditing the annual and consolidated financial statements of medium-sized companies and corporate groups, consulting and assessment in matters of reorganisation/restructuring (business recovery) and insolvency, in particular reorganisation project management and reorganisation reports in accordance with IDW S6, and corporate planning/business modelling. He also has many years of expertise in supporting corporate transactions, in particular tax and financial due diligence and support in purchase negotiations, in financial consulting, in particular financing alternatives and financial communication (bank reporting), and in forensic detection of fraudulent acts, corruption and fraud.
