Our focus is on acquisition targets from the German Mittelstand and companies with high growth potential. Both groups of companies are nowadays following an ever-increasing internationalisation. With our global PKF network, we also support investors in cross-border transactions.
In consultation with our clients, we define the focal points of the financial and tax due diligence process. Our clients thus receive a due diligence report tailored to their needs, which increases the quality of their investment decision and thus also transaction security. We also have an in-depth understanding of the requirements that other stakeholders within the transaction process have of our services and reporting. These may include financing banks, W&I insurers and co-investors. To support the transaction decision, we also create an integrated financial model (investor's case) based on the findings from the financial due diligence and other due diligence workstreams.
