Daniel Franke

Daniel Franke is the contact person for auditing and tax consulting at our Duisburg office and has many years of experience in managing auditing and consulting projects. He specializes in the auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements, in particular of utility companies and medium-sized industrial companies, in special statutory audits (e.g. Section 6b EnWG, Section 53 HGrG) and in the auditing of internal control systems in accordance with IDW PS 951 as well as the development and auditing of compliance and tax compliance management systems. He also provides business and tax advice to medium-sized companies and groups of companies, in particular in the context of restructuring and transformation projects, as well as accounting advice (optimization and efficiency enhancement in finance and accounting, introduction of fast-close financial statements, optimization of accounting-related business processes, design of balance sheet accruals and deferrals and extrapolation procedures).
