Franklin Hünger
Franklin Hünger is responsible for the Energy Industry practice at PKF Fasselt. He is the key contact for audits and advisory services for utility companies of all sizes, as well as for statutory audits and special-purpose audits. His areas of expertise also include company valuations, cost accounting, M&A advisory services and consulting on restructuring matters. In addition, he advises on the regulation of electricity and gas networks as well as on antitrust-related issues.
As an author and speaker, he addresses topics such as network tariff calculation for access to electricity and gas networks, the implementation of unbundling requirements in energy networks, audits under the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and accounting in accordance with the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG).
