She specialises in particular in the restructuring of companies, e.g. through changes of legal form and mergers or M&A and the formation of corporations and partnerships as well as the drafting and review of articles of association. She specialises in share transfers and corporate succession, company acquisitions and sales, capital increases and reductions, shareholder disputes, managing director and board member liability, employment contracts for managing directors, board members and employees, UN sales law and advice on distribution law. The drafting and review of general terms and conditions and representation in court for the enforcement and defence of claims round off Jenny Acan's area of responsibility.
