The focus of activities includes company valuations in the context of corporate restructuring measures under stock corporation and transformation law, as well as expert determinations and the preparation of fairness opinions. Further responsibilities include participation in the audit of annual financial statements of medium-sized companies and corporate groups, as well as support in management consulting for medium-sized companies and corporate groups. In addition, audits of non-profit organizations in accordance with USAID requirements are performed.
