Martin Franke is the contact person for auditing and tax consulting at our offices in Duisburg, Frankfurt and Cologne. His activities range from buy-side due diligence services for strategic investors and PE houses in the context of international transactions, sell-side services (factbook, exit readiness analyses, VDD) and restructuring and distressed M&A as well as valuation and purchase price allocation, to corporate planning and reporting, portfolio reviews and independent business reviews.
