Peter Jahn
Peter Jahn works as an auditor and tax advisor at the Duisburg, Erfurt and Nuremberg offices. He specialises in particular in auditing annual and consolidated financial statements and providing business and tax advice to municipal utilities and energy supply companies. His range of activities includes special audits in accordance with the Energy Industry Act (EnWG), the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG)/Combined Heat and Power Act (KWKG), the Municipal Utilities Act (KAV) and the Electricity Market Regulation (StromNEV), as well as the auditing of consolidated financial statements in accordance with the New Municipal Accounting Standards (NKF) and the establishment, auditing and advising of (private) foundations.
