Ralf Niggemeier

Ralf Niggemeier has extensive experience in valuing companies in connection with corporate restructuring measures and transactions, including due diligence investigations and value analyses of target companies and investments, with a focus on the energy, automotive, retail and supply/disposal sectors. His responsibilities include valuations of tangible and intangible assets, in particular networks (electricity, gas, heat, water, telecommunications), customer relationships and brands/patents, as well as valuations of companies and assets in the context of impairment tests in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS, purchase price allocations and for tax purposes, price law-based fee calculations and audits in accordance with LSP for companies in the waste management industry, legal and business management consulting for companies and public sector institutions, and even reorganisation and restructuring, over-indebtedness audits and going concern analyses. As co-author of studies and handbooks on corporate governance and company valuation, he continuously contributes his expertise.
