Thomas Allekotte

Thomas Allekotte specializes in providing legal advice to utilities and waste disposal companies as well as municipalities and municipal companies in the areas of municipal commercial law, municipal tax law, pricing law, public procurement law, European state aid law and corporate law. In particular, he offers advice on the structuring and implementation of procedures for the award of network concessions, advice to waste disposal companies on the drafting of contracts with public waste disposal authorities, tax and legal advice to medium-sized companies and groups of companies as well as assistance in the auditing of annual financial statements, in particular of companies and institutions in the public sector.
