Project-related quality assurance

Our project-related quality assurance is based on the relevant national (IDW PS 850) and international (ISAE 3000 rev.) auditing standards. We are at your side from project initiation to error management. After a comprehensive assessment of the methodology and the project plan, including milestones and schedules, the test concept is reviewed. This is followed by the transfer of data from your existing systems in accordance with the criteria of correctness and, finally, a comprehensive assessment of the processes and an analysis of the errors that occur, both during the test phase and after the go-live.
